Based in North London, Response Analysis & Mailing (RAM) is the volume mailing, polythene wrapping and response fulfilment division of the Westex Group of companies.

Our customer base includes retailers, manufacturers, automotive, charities, financial services, local authorities and printers.

Response Analysis & Mailing is used by some of the biggest names in the business, because we have the experience, the facilities and the expertise to handle the biggest campaigns. The Westex Group

The privately owned Westex Group of marketing service providers comprises RAM (Response Analysis & Mailing Ltd), Westex Ltd, Admail4 International Ltd and Global Print Management, the Group litho print arm.

Individually the four Group marketing service companies have been trading for over 20 years; combined they offer Group clients the opportunity to buy into a range of marketing disciplines; from sales data collection and analysis to the storage pick pack and distribution of customer product and marketing literature. A range of specialist print and mailing services can also be accessed at any time.

Customers of an individual Group company enjoy the pricing benefits of scale and production resource that the Group can achieve.

Response Fulfilment

The Group provides both live operator and automated call centre services to fulfil consumer and trade customer requests for information or product.

Print Management

The Group in house print department produces commercial 2 colour work and specialises in printing pads, forms and stationery.

The Group print buying arm, Global Print Management, supplies airline print and also sources 2 and 4 colour print and merchandise to customer specification.

Mailing and Distribution

From data preparation through laser personalisation to merchandised envelope and volume polywrap enclosing, the Westex Group can cater for every need. Hand enclosing and contract packing work to Clean Room standard is undertaken.
